since 8V have better low-end performance .
i am wondering is there anycar that actually open1 inlet and one outlet ,
2 valve for better performance , once it goes over the loss period , it
changes to 4 or 5 valves per cyclinder.

basically the more valves it has the more air fuel mixture it can allow
into the combustion chamber at one time.
but it has disadvantage or more moving parts and a heavier engine.
having a basic 2 valves per cylinder works for low revving engines due to
the size and weight of the valves. valves need to be bigger comparered to
a 4 valve per cylinder engine.
2 valve cylinder engines also produces more torque as seen in those
American Chevy's and Dodge's.
High rev engines need lighter valves and more air intake thus the need
for more valves. And also for VVT purposes.
