Confused: Dp0/al4 Elf Renautmatic Or Mobil Lt

My ride runs on DP0 gb as below
Now, after doing some online search, I was able to obtain both DP0 and AL4 transmission manuals. Also from my online readings, seems like DP0 and AL4 are used interchangeably as though the two are similar. But, after reading (more like browsing through) both manuals, I'm a bit confused as the manual for DP0 recommend to use Elf Renautmatic D3 Syn but for the AL4 it's Esso/Mobil LT 71141.
So, which is actually most suitable for my tranny and, not to mention, to our weather/climate here?
Another thing, below is how my atf looks like after the fourth drain/fill with Elf D3 Syn over a period of around two months. Am I alright or do I need to do a few more rounds or is there something wrong with my gb?
Thanks in advance.

What color was the drained atf from 1st drain?
Your elf oil is reddish, right? If yes, something is wrong.
Probably need to do machine flush where new oil goes in and old oil comes out, then should be much cleaner

1st drain was even dirtier/darker...don't know can see the difference or not from the picture...
New atf looks like this
Can machine flush our *beloved* Chery DP0 transmission? Got contact?

Oh! that is dirty, what is the mileage done?
I did my first pan atf change for my Tiggo at 40k km, was not that dark.
I let you have my mechanic contact, you talk to him and see what his advice is....

Mileage is around 90k km. This is actually my first drain/fill done myself. The first two done during warranty period at service centre. Now warranty over already so wanna start DIY the minor services.
I post here since i've read a few previous post about transmission oil (in Peugeot section) by a few experts, especially about the DP0/AL4 trans. Not many are familiar with them. Even those guys in Chery SCPJ had no clue when i mention DP0.....
Got your pm. Thks.

My Chery SUV was serviced in Chery SC PJ too. I had a few minor complaints that were also not met, so in the end I change the rear brakes myself. Later after 3 years and after warranty I took it to my normal mechanic for service. To my horror the air con filter was never taken out to clean and that went for the engine air filter too. They were almost clogged up, so I had them changed together with atf and petrol filter.
I am using Pennzoil Multi Vehicle ATF and poured in a bottle of Lubegard platinum...

I have the 2.0L one which is auto.
Is yours the 2.0L also or the older 2.4L one. If using Elf should be the newer Twin cam Acteco 2.0L one

Yup, same engine. Oil filter I buy Eastar ones....hahhahaha
But so far engine is okay. I had gb problem when new. Trip to Penang, auto seems to skip, but on steptronic manual it works. Came back made a report to Chery SC, they flush the atf, so until now (fingers cross) still okay.
