Are you mean you want to modify your old car? I think a throttle controller accelerator can works.
It can improve electronic throttle's sensitivity.your car will start and accelerate more faster, reduce the start and acceleration torque, and reduce the delay DBW (drive-by-wire). You can also obtain smooth acceleration, driving more economically.
