Their workmanship is great!, Mr syam is my engine builder and tuner kekeke, he knows my car in and out.. or speak to anyone there. All very nice people with great knowledge, Price are very good unlike glenmarie. You can also send to Apak octane garage near batu cave also can.. .

Citre8v:
Went there on Sat morning. Got lost cos stupid google maps took me to taman hillview instead. Relied on Waze and found EXD. Met Sham. Nice chappie. The place also quite chill la. Like your hometown workshop where things take on a slower pace. Sham was great. Took the time to sort out my problem (the spongy/no brake) feel. Apparently the normal ZX brakepads and calipers are small. Like Kancil small pads. Changed it to a pair of 206 GTi discs and pads Sham happened to have lying about his shop
Result - Much better braking feel and stopping. But still some way from what I'm used to in Jap cars. No eyeball to windscreen braking tho. Sham says mebbe it's the thickness of the disc themselves, being used item and all. So those are the next on my list to fix. Happy that now I can stop better.
The patrons are more like family there. I absolutely love it. Friends come with their kids. The kids go up to the pakciks and kiss their faces and their hands. Everyone chit chats about what they're gonna fish or go tracking. Caused me to feel warm and fuzzy.
One complain tho. He's too fehmes. Lotsa people coming to him to fix their cars. When my car was getting fixed, there were already 5 other patrons waiting IN LINE. That's it! Everyone was patiently waiting for their turn. Chatting with each other while waiting. Awesome camaraderie and attitude. Makes me that much happier to be a Malaysian.
Am gonna pay Sham a visit next week to get my timing belt and stuff changed. Oh.. and the air con too if possible.

Yes, too famous! haha, what i like most he treats people like friends rather than just 'customers' if u kno what i mean. without fail, u'd see at least 5 cars waiting in line for repairs EVERYDAY .. syam or any of his crew are your good doctors for ANY Citroen/Peugeot models. I usually call or msg him before i come.. If you're in a 'hurry', i'd stay away from Saturdays n Sundays, as it is often pack with customers, unless its a small jobbies like changing oil etc.. better still, just leave the car for a day or 2 if necessary... my favorites are Monday morning or any weekday morning around 10am (my work start at 2pm-12am), shop opens at 945am, he will definitely attend to you personally..
As for brakes, 206 gtis are only 266mm x 22mm, small really imho. If want more breaking power upgrade to the 283mm x 22mm from 306 gti6, but then u have to upgrade your calipers as well. abit $$$, but its worth the upgrade.

Hello , so long i never log back here..
Ok for those who are interested in my little project since 2012, here are the results.. After tune with EMS, i got 186bhp @ 7500rpm and 191nm at 6k rpm.. Not bad for an old engine, before was 182hp at 7.5k rpm with 197nm at 4.5k rpm but using s16 manifold with acav.. i opt for gti6 manifold for more top end.. .. i also done a lot of external mods, like 3.8kg billet flywheel, 500g billet engine pulley, Race piper Pulley, Full race Vibra technic Engine Mounts, Bilstein b6 front dampers, full set powerflex Black series bushes, practically the whole lower suspension is 306 gti already, brakes upgrade to 283mm with EBC yellowstuff brake pads .. and of course yokohama ad08r all four.. Corners amazing, i could say corner karak 200kmph sap sap soi! lol.. of course my project is not over, i plan to chase 200bhp without going itb stay tuned!.. want to whack those k24 hondas.. haha no lah kidding
For now really happy la can play with golf gti mk6, audi tt and the likes.. Can tapau standard gti6 (167hp) oso bertiang tiang .. hehe..
here some little acceleration
0-120kmph short sprint, no launch
and
Short race with friend alfa 155 3.0 280hp duke highway
