and what does this aftermarket K&N oil filter does eh ? got magnet ? more filtering ?

I bought one and had it fixed.

i guess normal oil filter does the job well.unless the price of the k&n is on par with oe filter.

erm... believe me or not, most of the campro running in MSS ( malaysia super special series ) are on original oil filter

Everything marketed has very nice and attractive words on it.
For normal use, go with stock is good enough. I see many people compromising oil filter (actually not owners but mechanic) to increase the profit margin...
Stock oil filter for Proton isn't expensive.. cost RM10 .. even SC only charging RM12+
