I got the Bridgestone stock tyres made in indonesia, quite noisy during highway drive.
Anyone feel the same? Or its the problem of insufficient sound proofing?

My stock Bridgestone are made in Japan - no issues with noise on highway.
Your CBU tyre got swapped out???

Did my 11000 km service today.
Used up my 3 free service.
Tan Chong switch to fully synthetic oil (0W-30 Castrol Edge Professional ) this time.
Next service is 10k km interval or 6 months.

No difference - full syn for engine protection > 8000km only.

Even with full synthetic oil still stick to 8000km service interval??
Thought it should be 10,000km as standard.

I've only achieved 10km/l once .... Penang is a tough cookie. So little chance to cruise. All stop go traffic makes the km/l go down smile_cry.gif So far I'm averaging 9.6 like that....

I'm new to this forum and am from penang, mine is using a 17" rim and fc is only 8.3km/l. Anyone any idea wat is wrong wt my car consumption? Do share. Tks.

The official 15.2km/l can only be achieved with constanst speed around 70-90km/hr on those roads without traffic lights and light traffic.
My city drive FC in KL town more or less the same as you get in Penang.
Highway drive may save a bit but i can hardly achieve 13km/l under the speed of 120-140km/hr.
p.s. using stock 16" rim

Tq for sharing. Anyway, for my car even on highway, speed at 110-120km/hr, fc is 8.4km/l. Very fuel consuming. Maybe anyone from nissan can clarify their advertising on 15km/l???

Bro welcome to our little chat. I'm on 17" like you. Tyre size 215/50/17. What's your tyre size?

I just took a trip Penang to KL and back last weekend. FC on 100% highway I achieved 12.5km/l speed at 110-120km/h. this includes climbing up hill to the Terowong before Ipoh.... might be higher km/l without the hill climb.

Mixed driving KL traffic and highway 30:70 ratio, I achieved 10.5km/l.
