I don't see it sucking up, only blow dry. So the dirt is spread into the carpet and for the air vent dirt blown deeper in?
You hv a great point. I refuse to buy this Internet-hyped gadget because it works by blowing. If your carpets are extremely dirty, you're using high pressure air to blast the dirt loosened by chemical BACK into the pile and even deeper into the pile.
I prefer to use chemicals to loosen the dirt, and suck it away.
Again, whatever products that're hyper hyped-up on the Net and forums need not be good or appropriate.
Tried the Tornador on a set of way beyond shitty carpet mats, and i was disappointed by the demo.
Previous 2 popular detailers in PJ and Sunway used premium branded cleaners and the owner was not satisfied. Still stained.
Sometimes, you've just gotta be brutal...no choice. The whiteman methods might be too polite. Use degreaser, and then citrus wash and finished by carpet detergent, and then fabric protectant. Owner was so happy, and Tornador couldnt give that kind of results.
