1) It is really shame for Proton that it does not only manage to come out the engine itself but the exterior and interior look after more than 25 years!!! Malaysia can not even manage to train automotive graphic designer after so many years?
2) According to the source, Proton will build totally new exterior and interior based on the same platform for mass market in 8 months. Why not launch the car with new look?
3) Proton still like to build extended version. With the new perdana size, it is comfort enough for rear passenger.

u talking from ur emotion not from biz sence....such a low volume car u want to spend 200/300mil on r&d to please ppl ah....?
dont so naive la bro....i think its the right move economically....doesnt require much resources...and its not bread and butter model anyway....
hopefully the showroom version wil have nice body work that doesnt look too close to the original accord...

You are absolutely right! Since it is expected to be low volume model, I even can not find any reason why Proton needs to launch this model!

Absolutely correct - keeping the Honda badge will also help improve its resale value!
