I have plenty of issues with PG clay...crumbling, marring, sticking, not lasting in strorage, not so pliable as others, negative reaction to some shampoo....just to name a few. I pass one brand new bar to a friend and he also didn't like it. Maybe I need a re-visit cuz that was quite a few years back......

err...I have experienced the PG clay being too sticky too..in fact the last time I was claying the clay was sticking to my fingers and all...

Funny you got so much problem with PG clay, I have all 3 and have then for quite some time now. One of them is already a few years old and still perfect condition.

Yeah...kinda funny especially after reading all the +ve reviews about them (especially from you guys here). I *could* go and buy a new one and try again (to rule out bad batch or something) but couldn't be bothered cuz got too many other clay bars already... smile_sleepy.gif

I share similar problems with Krismas. My first PG clay caused two long scratches. I just thought it could be trapped dirt in the clay. I threw that clay away and tried Megs clay. Happy with it until a sef-imposed austerity detailing.

My second PG clay to replace my Megs was also a disappointment because it left my paint still feeling gritty. Threw that PG clay and bought Megs clay. Now happy again.

Won't submerging the clay in water have adverse affects in the long run?

Mine are okay, already 2 to 3 years and still using..... smile_thumbup.gif
