I'm not sure, but i don't have much expectation on SA, maybe i'm just first time buyer. Even the bank loan, is not given from SA, but the banker so nice, come to my office and let me sign.

anyway, all SA is nice to talk with i believe, except those type that "see you down".

But, Williaml, why all M6 is delayed even with stock available? Other buyers also waiting, i'm just curious.....

with the recent trend of CBU cars being increased in price..maybe they are negotiating to let go with the old price...

1st... you buy from promoter rather than salesman? 2nd.... since you mentioned "Promoter" said HQ this and HQ that, what i normally does was asking who i can refer to in HQ or which department in HQ....also following up a call to HQ....
3rd... you are luckly to get your car with a week late and what is the big deal? smile_blackeye.gif
4th... lastly you have over expectation ... and sound like comparing to others...

just my 2cent... smile_sleepy.gif

Hehehe yeah it's like it's my self esteem or over expectation.. i don't care.. But I do care when people PROMISE..
Sorry i'm wrong to mention promoter.. it was Mazda Saleman that behave that way.. But other salesperson inside the Auto City was being nice with me.. They even offered me a drink and simple snacks.. But "He" the one that arrange me left me waiting inside the showroom.

He the one who promise my CAR can go out in week but failed to delivered. FYI my car already there when i finished with my loans.. I've seen the CAR and inspect everything.. Only he act so slow to proceed the docs to HQ.

Hence i've received my free touch screen radio only after 1 month.. But he promised the latest by 2 weeks..
If you can't committed don't promised and give false hope.. Just give estimation would be fine.. or the best words would be " 1'll try my best to make it the fast, any news i'll give you a call" it's very simple to be polite and professional..

don't give such a hope like this " your car will be ready the latest by next week on monday" then lastly the 3rd week after bla..bla...bla..

this is my opinion...

Ya.. Today I met one salesman in autocity. When we ask to test drive, he said can but ask if traffic jam etc. It was 2pm n not peak period. After that he took 15 minutes to photocopy ic, and ask us to sign a few forms and tell us u must bear responsibilities if car damage ...etc. I understand this might be a standard procedure and not mind signing it but we can sense that he is trying to find reason don't let us test drive. When we are about to test drive, suddenly heavy rain and he say its raining and maybe rest drive next time....etc....finally we didn't test drive and walk away.

I think the service is bad.

Autocity showroom, you can get in touch with salesperson Guna. I vouch for his services. Any issues you can tembak me. Note that I am not getting any commission from him, just goodwill.

NEVER BUY FROM MAZDA AUTOCITY!

I bought a Mazda2 back in 2010. The salesman who sold it to me was Kaycee. He talked that his Mazda showroom in Autocity has very good reputation one and the Mazda is such a good car that it was driven by doctors and lawyers. He promised me to deliver the car within 2 weeks after he got my downpayment and I've traded in my car to him. He was quick to take hold of my old car and sold it of but left me waiting for my new car. In the end i've waited for more than 1 month only the car was delivered. It came with complete bodykit and fog lamp but he said my spec doesn't have bodykit and fog lamp thus he wants to remove it. I told him that if he wants to remove the bodykit i'm going to refuse to take delivery of the car. In the end he showed sour face and just removed the fog lamp. After i've taken delivery of the car, I found out that the new batch of Mazda 2 is supposed to come with bodykit, fog lamp and DVD/ GPS player at price of rm70000 whereas i bought the car with nothing at rm77400. I felt very cheated and i went back to him. He said, "too bad, you've bought a week earlier", WTF???

Ok, my ordeal wasn't over yet. Just a week after taking delivery of the car, i was getting burning smell during acceleration and i brought it back there. Unfortunately, their answer was "it's like one lar, standard in all Mazda2".

On my M2 first 1000km service, I've complaint to the service center reception - Eelin Tan about the brakes auto releasing itself when i stop at traffic lights with the gear in D and foot step hard on the brakes. She did not record down my complaints and instead call the service technician Mr Teoh to check. Mr Teoh instead of inspecting the brakes and bleeding them, he just ask me to go back and monitor the problem.

Next ordeal, around 6 months later I found that the brakes problem is getting worse as it judders when braking at highway and when i sent my car in for 10000km service and complaint to them. Their usual reaction was, "go back monitor lor". Made noise again but again no action was taken.

8 months later, drove on highway and emergency braked to avoid a Mercedes Benz swerving into my path on highway. Emergency braked and the steering wheel vibrated violently to left and right causing my car to loose control and hit 5 cars and a bike on the highway. Luckily nobody was killed.

Made a big fuss at Bermaz HQ and they requested Mr Lau from Sungai Pinang Bermaz to handle my case. I was told that Autocity Bermaz actually don't have any qualified technician to handle car repairs. They're just trained to change oil and filters, those general stuff covered in free service. I was fuming mad! My car spent around 1 month plus in Bermaz Sungai Pinang coz got noise after insurance claim repairs. Brake judder still exist and coupled with noise from brake area. Instead of replacing the brake disc, calipper and brake pad. They just skimmed by brake disc down and tell me it's ok already. My M2 went in and out of Bermaz Sg Pinang over the course of 2 years and nothing was rectified. I had to replace the front wheel bearings at cost of my own pocket coz they suspected is wheel bearing problem after the accident.

60000km came up and nothing was rectified. Brakes getting worse, steering rack loose and noise getting worse from front strut mounting.

At 74000km, judder was unbearable and i had to purchase a set of new brake pads and rotors to install at an outsider workshop. It shocked the installer that the rotors has burn marks and the brake slider pins were jammed shut. Upon disassembly, it is found that mineral oil based grease was used on the brake slider pins causing the bush on the slider pin to swell and the boot cover to crack. OMG, how can this mistake being left undetected from factory right up to the so called "expert service centre"? Why can't those "qualified service technician" at Bermaz detect the problem when under the cherry tree mechanic can detect it? They did not compensate me or any of the accident victims till today. Not even an official apology till today.

Definitely going to be my last Mazda purchased and banned Bermaz Autocity forever. I don't like to bad mouth people, but Bermaz had made my life so miserable just because of their "don't care" attitude.
