Quick-save Preservice Inspection & Tyre Coding

Beware, my son bought a set of used VW 18" Detroit 18" rim and 4 tires from them ( QuickSave USJ), you knew what!!!????
when found it vibrate - and took to my regular tire shop to check - all 4 rims are crooked and dented !!!! and need to be repaired!!!! see how dishonest they are? Luckily I am not there (I was busy) and ask my son to go ahead to get the rims and tires fixed with them or else no deal with them - Careful and check properly for their deal!!!! Never we will go to their shops again!!!!

Your son did not check the rims before purchase and why not go back to them (Quicksave)

young man kang cheong to test and spin out the new tires and rims, so did not check. Anyway, did it back at my regular tires shop. instead of going back as 4 rims are problem, they have intention and will surely deny for sure.

Even deny cannot be 4 rims, right? One or two especially if on same side then difficult to argue.....

That's what I think too, so forget it and svae our breath to argue and take it as our carelessness and inexperience lesson.

Read your subsequent replies to this post. Still, I think that you should have gone back to Quicksave and to talk to the owner, Leon. You are like a 'senior member' in AW and also a regular contributor / poster and it is unlikely that you would have made this up and if all '4' rims are bend, its a very serious thingy but I still think that the owner would not condone such unethical practices to tarnish his company so-called 'Goodname'. With more reports like this, how is AW members going to intro Quicksave to other new ppl?

Leon, if u are reading this, you should contact BR1 and compensate him / his son for a few things>

1) Cost of repairing the 4-rims - BR1 can easily provide a receipt for this

2) Further discount for selling 4 dented rims.
