If got kindly brief me and give solution so that after i buy then i can send it to workshop. I kinda liked C3 and proton savvy. My budjet around bellow 17K. If i cannot get this car, i shall buy proton savvy. Advice me in advance please. Tq

owned c3 before this...good car...but the interior quality is not that good...check for problems ie the glove box handle, power windows...other than that...also test drive the car....it has automated manual transmission....that could be pricey to repair...

I own C3, bought used since 2010. This type of question is not easy to address in the forum like this. Do take note you are looking for ~10 years used car (not only Citroen, apply to all cars). It entirely depend on how the previous owner maintain the car, buying from an honest owner with full history of service is the best bet. Try to avoid used car dealer because they do not know the past maintenance record of the car, what they are trying their best is to sell the car to you.
I can only recommend you buy any used car > 10 years old if you have personal attach into it. If you are looking for a car to get you from A to B, looks elsewhere or better get the new VIVA with RM0 downpayment.
Specific to C3 after 7-8 years or 100,000 km; few major parts need to change (pricing quoted below is from direct spare part's dealer, not workshop or Citroen authorised SC):
1. Clutch plate (RM700) - most people forgot to change this and end up with broken actuator (RM1900)
2. All under carriage component (absorber + mounting ~RM400/ea, radiator RM680, arm bush/ball joint ~RM500, fan motor RM1400, engine mounting RH RM380. air cond compressor RM1800
3. BSI box. That electronic cointrol box can be crazy. Trying to fix this by someone who is not familiar will cost you arm and leg. Known Citroen specialist should be able to modify ~RM600

Salam Faris
I owned the c3 for about 5 years, very nippy for city car. Maintenance generally easy, just look after the gearbox Oil and update latest software. Once you get used to the semi- auto transmission, it is enjoyable to drive.
