The Karcher 4100SC is now doing for $498 before GST. I may just go for that.

welcome back. like you, i too have been on a hiatus from Autoworld.

anyway, to your question.
Yes, i have the SC1020. Yes, like edmund says, it tends to leave the surface you are cleaning, wetter. but i am happy with it. for my use, it more than fulfills the need.
It's easy when you know how...

I haven't got a reply from Perfect Lifes regarding the Polti machine, and found the SC4100 at $498 with GST now smile.gif
so will go ahead and get it tonight.

It has a 3.5bar pressure, slightly higher than the SC3000 and SC1020..
