I heard Polo Sedan is giving 3 months free installment, so your 11K discount = 3 months installment or on top of the 3 months free installment?

Polo sedan with 17 inch boavista rims looks quite nice. If replace the cheapo radio with RCD 310 (better still with RCD510) and put an armrest, the interior would look nice too.
And someone could also suggest plonk in the 1.2tsi and DSG and the polo sedan would be perfect. Dunno how much will it cost though...

if you ops for 3 month installment + 1.85 for interest then you will not get 11k discount, if you get 11k discount then there is no 3 month discount with interest rate at 2.5 or maybe lower abit

I don't like long-in-stock-yard cars. Under the hot sun surrounded by high palang for long, not much difference than junk-yard.... smile_dead.gif
2011 cars come next month would be 3 years old, don't think can fetch that high. Better take the 2012 batch, even that also make sure get the newly CBU units if you able to tell.

got my pre-reg @ 84k OTR in July.. didnt mind it's a 2011 unit (600km upon pdi) that came with that special reg no.
Dont have any problem so far and hopefully it'll stay that way lah..
i could say that i'm glad having replaced my TRD dugong for this 'low-end' VW model. it drives and feels much better i can tell..
if only VGM could includes afew more xtras such as ESP and auto a/c, it would have been a perfect car smile_approve.gif

with boavista its definitely going to be a looker but yes, surely it will need the TSi lump or at least the 1.6 TDi as being offered in India's Vento. if not u're just 'torturing' the car as it will feel 'heavy' and sluggish smile_disapprove.gif
imho 16'" would be the ideal choice..
but then would u even care?? smile_tongue.gif

Finally I have place booking on Polo Sedan, although some people may not agree with me as for them VW must be TSI and DSG, without it VW must sell it cheap.

I like this car because it drive better than lots of car from this segment, is 105hp so what? I no need a racer, I need a comfort, economy and reliable car for my daily used. The plus point it does drive better vs vios and city.

haha.....same with me...no need speedy TSI and DSG..... so far i drive every day.....happy and comfort. even on highway.....can easily goes up to 140kmh. I really tekan a bit to test how good is the acceleration, ah....not bad at all.

I see a lot of comment and feedback about Polo Sedan from outside and all are rubbish to me, for example, some of them mention about pick up, speed, crowded of buyer etc. Well, first of all, this is justify as a city drive car, would you expect speed car at above 110 km/h all the time at city center? No wonder there are a lot of car accident in KL. To be honest, even in MRR2 my maximum speed is 90km/h because you got a lot of chance of sudden stop or traffic jam.

Secondly, some even say is under power compare to other VW variants. This 's one also no making sense to me, because I use to drive Honda Accord 2.0L, so when I drive Honda City 1.5L , can I say Honda City is under power? Since Honda City name already tell you is a city car.

And the most important thing for a city car is, fuel consumption. I hard to find any comment talk about fuel consumption. But bear in mind that, ppl looking for Vios, city and now Almera becoz of their fuel consumption. Of course the winner is vios because a lot of comment say the fuel consumption is good. Branded is not an issue, because ppl here also like VW much than T&H. And maintenance thing...well, for a continental car, you not need spend RM1k for every service , do you ? I have a lot of continental car owner who spend only RM300 and below for every 5k service and major service price also similar to T & H. I wonder how come this ppl can spend more than that to service their car, unless they own BMW or Merc. Well, you know your BN government spend more than RM10k to service a Proton Perdana while other ppl just need RM200 to service Proton Perdana.
