Our enforcement are lacking. Not strict. Don't pay summons also ok. Wait few years, then got 1Malaysia discount.
What does this mean to law-abiding who pay their summons immediately ?

Book the meeting room lah.

Those pay early, pay more..... smile_blackeye.gif

Jap concept, no partition, even meeting room is glass panel..... smile_disapprove.gif smile_tongue.gif

Highway driving, I find it very tiring these days on balik kampong journey and return to KL after that. Lot’s of road hogger on a heavy traffic. Left lane with very slow cars and lorries & right lane with them. On fastest lane of three lanes also got them. That’s why I always plan my time to drive only at non peak hours. But sometimes; I cannot avoid peaks hours and have to deal with them. What you’ll do on this circumstance?

Do you:

- Just follow them patiently and hoping when the time comes they change lane. OR
-Tailgate and flashing high beam OR
-Zigzag driving. (I dare not to try this, my balls is not titanium grade enuff: P)

Any other tips?

If I were in your situation, in the first instance, I always avoid any tolled highway and take the trunk, secondary, tertiary roads. I'm a strong believer that on M'sian roads, the furthest route tends to be the faster route and the shortest route is guaranteed the most time consuming stress inducing route smile_blackeye.gif

But truly, if in exact situation like you...already taken tolled highway and get stuck in traffic as you described above, there really is nothing much I can do but to keep up with the flow and look out for the next available toll exit/interchange to enable me to continue the journey by the trunk/secondary/tertiary route smile_blush.gif

Can one. Bring sturdy box or stool chair inside.

Trunk road jam, turn back into highway.

Boss see then he ask, what you doing taking the chair to the toilet....hahahahahah smile_big.gif

Did that before. If immediately jam can turn back. What if when turn into trunk road, nice and smooth. After 15km to 20 km, approaching small town kena jam inside. You turn back or go forward?..... smile_big.gif

Wash chair
Or light flickering, want to do quick check.

Go forward lah. Of course some towns like Rawang, must avoid. Enter at Sg. Buaya/Tanjung Malim, then exit Sg. Buloh/Damansara to skip Rawang.

Rawang is too near already. Anyway no need to go in there already, got other route like Guthrie, Latar and so on.
Tg. Malim, Slim River, Kampar and so on then different case.... smile_wink.gif

Nowadays I go outstation with wife's SUV which is newer, so always keep to speed limit. Fast lane once a while to overtake, but keep to middle lane most of the time and if have to overtake on the left also. Safer actually then the right because many are going way pass 130 to 140kmh on the right lane..... smile_shock.gif

Tested from Slim River to KL; 3 lane. Not stress driving, ok la. Thanks for the tip. Like it. Patience; the Jedi way. But on two lanes from Slim River up to North hard to resist on tekan minyak altho lightfooting hence join the Dark Side. tongue.gif

Actually from Tapah onwards down south, the trunk road is getting empty.
All the way until Tanjung Malim is quite nice to drive. But road is uneven, bumpy.
Slim River/Tanjung Malim town junction may jam a while.
Then from Tanjung Malim all the way to Rasa/Serendah is nice also. Traffic start to build up again from here.

Ipoh-Kampar is heavy traffic. Traffic start to clear after Gopeng towards Kampar. smile_blackeye.gif
Kampar-Tapah also sometimes vomit blood behind those 60km/h vehicles.
