I took that photo from the net to show about the 'interesting' emotion light (looks like third brake light).But I agree with you that black cars tend to be accident prone. Many years ago, I read an interesting report (from a newspaper, I think) that black cars have the highest accident rate compared to other colours. Maybe we should all paint our cars with yellow, white stripes and pink or red polka dots all over.

You might be right about silver colour too. Silver is like grey, and football fans might remember that many years ago Man Utd's away jersey was grey which they have to change during half time of a match. The Man Utd players complain they couldn't see one another on the field because of the colour of their jersey! Fancy that.
