My rexton is rx270xdi has a problem with power.when ever i accelerate it doesn’t run as fast normaly.turbo and his sensor has been changed and all of engine system EGR,manifold, fuel filter, intercooler turbo, radiator all the piping all has been cleaned and yet still not power.then indicator light still appear.the car still no power.what could be the problem.could be the glow plug ?

If there is problem with glow plug, you will have difficulty starting especially during morning but it won't be in use after that, unlike petrol engine. Lack of pickup power is most likely due to Vacuum Modulator or vacuum hose leaking/blocked if your turbo is working fine.

You mean now new turbo?what about the actuator?on bro azhar after search high/low we found that the actuator screw tercabut, turbo not open, low pressure will cause the check light too.

If still cannOt could be the vacuum modulator.

Best find a workshop with scan 100, where do you live, maybe we can recommend a few mechanic.

Did you changed the sensor attached with the Water Separator when you changed? Normally you will need to change that sensor (about RM80) together with the Water Separator. After that, need to reset to remove the error code.

My senor is also due for change, the warning light keeps coming on with the annoying six beeps.... 1.gif
I had it checked several times in Teng's workshop, no water inside, only error code in scan. I will have it changed with other service to be done.

You can try and use WD40 on the contact of the sensor, that might fix it already.

If you want to change the sensor, be aware though, according to Teng there is a new generation of this sensor which replaced the "old" design after giving lot of problems.

Cheers,
/C.

Below is a previous advice from Bro r3xt0n to me.
"NEVER clean any connectors with WD40 (it is oil lubricant base), you should use Contact Cleaner. Can get from spare part shop or electrical shops

"

My Rex is currently with Ecomap, customized Turbo Vacuum Hose, K&N Drop in Filter, Bendix 4WD Brake Pad (Front & Rear), Petronas Urania SUPREMO CI-4 Lubricant Oil, FUCH TiTAN ATF 3353, Rear Coil Dampener, Tufoil Engine Treatment, HID 4300K, . . . . .
