Bro, only the MDP for the injector with C2I code changed will be reset?

Yes it only applied to injector that recoded , i tried re write the C2i code to injector with same code.. MDP reseted to 0...

Bro 9885's all the 5 injectors MDP are reset back to 0, it means someone did re-enter C21 code for all his injectors but he just serviced them, not replacing any new injectors? Wonder if this is done by Kulim workshop or PG SC what is the purpose of re-entering the C21 code for serviced injectors.

C21 code is useful when the injectors are brand new.
Injector in used have modified values due to MDP learning
Serviced injectors needs a machine to recalibrate its new C21 code before using

I might be wrong but some people think they can use back the original C21 code for the same injector or serviced injector.

Yes supposing the C2i code need to be recalibrate , but as i know no diesel center in Malaysia have such calibration bench for Delphi injector..

I agree, which brings us back to square one. Serviced injectors cannot be properly properly coded and by using the old C21 code it is gambling whether it works or not. That could be the reason why some people have or do not have problems using serviced injectors.

What was the reason for the 5th injectors to leak so badly? Any component replacement done this time?

How is the pressure leaking at 3rd injector? What was the cause of the problem and was this fixed too?

Perhaps you can connect the scanner to Bro 9885 Rexton to read the turbo boast pressure on drive, note from RPM1,800 ~ RM3,000 and compare with yours, since both are still running original map.

Lack of turbo boast at 2,000 RPM could be leaking at Turbo Vacuum Hose or weak Vacuum Modulator. Can try replacing the Turbo Vacuum Hose and swap the Vacuum Modulator.

Bro,
5th injector has change new repairing kit and problem resolve.
3rd injector is fine but the housing is teruk... so my in-law has to touch up the injector seat to resolve leak as in the video clip.

after above two action, the injector test is found normal but improvement is not satisfied. MDP is still maintain at 10++ althog unplug of connection is done... so confirm that MDP is only reset while entering C2i code is performing.

I have tested the rex, may b we can target on the host in next step because i saw a lot of "big" & "small" host joint.... this may cause delaying of turbo requesting.... 2cent....

dear Bro,
Power is still not satisfy during initial pick-up but is normal during driving.

Yes, 9885 still with origin turbo-host (fr turbo to modulator).

My observation is the turbo pick-up is slow. The RPM has to meet 3k then can felt turbo is ready. (2k... missing??)
Thing curious me is the vacuum host connection - from turbo to modulator, modulator to main suction - there is a lot of "reducer" - is some modification done or some testing by previous owner... I believe this also contribute loss to the overall slow pick-up.

Hav request 9885 back for re-check after 2weeks time to ensure the injectors are fine and not the cause for any 'power lost' issue.
will follow up later.

cheers,
