krek3 sound that happen at certain speed or some road surface only?

at any moving speed on uneven roads... humps, yellow strips, etc. a single 'kok' sound from the front right wheel area can be clearly heard esp when turning left on the move. straight line, d sound will be like metal knocking metal continuously when going tru uneven road.

at stationary, no matter how hard i goyang d car, there's no sound. i took out d strut bar, sound still there. SC already retightened d front lower bar n i checked, it's really tight n not moving at all.

really pening now. smile_blackeye.gif

Try spank your right fender few times. U might be surprise its like the fender is loose.
How to solve it?
I just put a layer of grey gasket maker on area which it vibrate and touches the body. However i only encounter krek3 sound as the part where the fender panel meet the A pillar is vibrating and causing noise.
The center part can also vibrate and causes stronger noise.

The sound could be cause by 2 different reason too.
If noise when turning is totally different, then some say u have to replace this valve thing in the power steering system.
The other reason is the fender.

yest i sent my car to EA autoworks for an opinion.

Lower arm - all is tight
Fender - not likely, as spanking it is similar to left side
Steering rack - a possibility
Absorber mounting/absorber - most likely
Tyre i've removed it myself and checked, nothing. wheel hub, brake caliper, ARB n connector rod, steering rod, all looks fine n no freeplay. turning d wheel on jack also smooth, no weird sound.

My blm has "krek" sound, at very slow parking lot speed, I park at a field where the ground
is very uneven, with mudhole. when going through there e.g. front left suspension compressed, rear right
suspension extended, then there will be the "krek" creaking sound.

Seems like the body flex a bit and the A pillar plastic cover moved a bit (cannot see the movement, very small body flex I think)... generating the sound

jacking a car up is one way to check torsional rigidity of a car.

jack a car as if you want to change tire. then open and close the door. if slamming the door with different sound not like it use to be ,then that's mean its a body twist. if no different , means closing the door is similar when its stay flat without being on jack, or when on the jack, means that the car has a good torsional rigidity.

for saga blm, i did test the same method and saga blm passed the test successfully. it has a rigid body.

I think it flex/twist a little, hence the creaking. I hear it every time when I go through that uneven field to park.
Perhaps Ultraracing will help. hehe
