Just curious if we are about to sell our ride to used car dealer.. as car owner, we tamper the mileage from 200K to 120K (example only).. wonder how the dealer will check and find out?

the key fob i heard for merc. bmw confirm can if u send to bavaria or sapura check... to check where i dunno whether is the black box or key fob or where.. happen to my fren e46 when he purchased 2nd hand 6464 low mileage.. send to check wow.. lol... double the mileage on meter..
