Bro mahmoody,
Since you open the topic.. I will reveal the truth here.. U have the exact same sound with mine on rear LFH.. Here is the truth,

1.) I had been suffering this for the pass 2 years time, when my car was only 10k KM.. SC can't find what is the root cost. They even claim a pair of rear absorber for me.. Still the same issue.. Now, my car is 72k KM.. I suffer this tok tok / klok klok sound from the rear when drive on uneven road

2.) Until recently (last week 23/10), i found out that. This is a common problem faced by Rondo owner and it is widely discuss in KIA CHN as well as KIA Canada.. According to both of the source, it is a "design defect" of absorber bracket assembly. And KIA CHN & Canada owner get a new replacement of "redesign absorber bracket assembly" FOC when they complaint about this issue. Pls see the link here.It clearly show what are these part and what is the replacement part number. The forum also said that 2010-2011 Rondo is all fitted with the new redesign bracket assembly. How true is it? Perhaps we need SC to confirm this by checking on 2011 Rondo.. If it is confirm, mean something is hid out in KIA Malaysia..
CHN Source : http://www.xcar.com...._source=message
Canada Source: http://www.kia-forum...sion-noise.html

3.) So, i share this infor with SC and was told that no official memo given from KMC (Kia Motor Corporation). So, i decided to buy the parts myself from Korean and get it changes at the SC on 1/11

4.) The sound IMMEDIATELY solve !!! No more klok klok sound when driving on uneven road!!! Can u imagine how i suffer during these 2 years time with NO SULUTION!! It is not the SC fault.. And my question is since this issue is widely known and discuss in KIA CHN & KIA Canada & perhaps others country too.. WHY IT IS NOT even mention in Malaysia?? The SC is very helpfull, he is very angry too if this is a real case why it is not being mention in Malaysia.. He will help me to complain to KMC and see what they say..

5.) Pls see the pic yourself.. The new redesign bracket assembly is with 4 PIECES HIGH rubber and WITHOUT the outer metal ring.. This outer ring is the one that "knock" on the car body that causes this sound.. Have a look on the pic

The is the redesign part that i bought from Korea

This is my existing rear absorber bracket assembly..

Side by side comparison.. Clearly shows that the new design is cover with hard rubber and do away the outer metal ring..This is the part that touches the car body

Mine also got sound from rear left side, already change both rear suspension but the sound still there.

Sugen, very good observation. Did u change the bracket on both side or only the left side?

Sugen,

Where do you buy the bracket and what is the price. Does Nazakia spare part have this bracket.

I already suspected something with suspension, because I cannot find anything lose.

Bro,
I ask my friend to bring it in for me from Korea... U are right.. nothing is loose.. changing/claiming suspension won't solve your problem..
