That part of road is just after Kuen Cheng secondary school

I always wait for that traffic police who stand under the bridge to start waving and drive on the bus lane. It has been years since doing that.
There are quite a number of buses (Rapid & Metro) using the bus lane if you notice, at least one in 3-5 minute.
The bus is inefficient due to stuck in jam, which is ... caused by too many cars on the road.
If you take public transport, the buses sometimes also cut-queue, make illegal turn, etc.

3-5 min actually too little public buses. If you talk about ever 15-30sec, then it is reasonable to have a bus lane. Just divide 3-5min by number of passenger in the bus to know whether need a dedicated lane.
In the first place, bus lane should be entire stretch, all full with public buses. Not only certain stretch.
Anyway, think this country needs to learn from South Korea, how they improve on their public transportation and overnight switch from private cars to public buses. In My, do we have a choice not to drive unless got plenty of time to burn like retirees, spent hrs going round and round on public buses?
