Hahaha...eyes open experience...u will only REALLY appreciate the work done once u're really serious into detailing! Its like going to those 3 star michelin rated restaurant to enjoy a meal. The amount of work & detail put in is really incredible. Mine was considered cheap since its a new car.
Don't know how long it will last cos 3 weeks later I already applying DG105 + TC all over it.

what is RB, ROB, DA stands for ?
So far i wash my car using 2 bucket system. top down, microfibre. No petrol station wash or etc.
Now thinking to do own waxing. Previously i just use manual way fibre cloth and wax on and off.
was looking for something simple and cheap buffing machine to do it. Any recommendation ?

RB = Rotary/circular buffer/polisher
ROB = Random orbital buffer
DA = Dual action
Search through AW detailing threads, plenty of info.
Why do you want to wax using machine? Normally wax by hand as it is safer. Waxing by machine needs skills and also product dependent. Do you really need heat/"work-in" the wax? People usually use a machine for correction rather than applying the last step product - wax/sealant/etc. Can come to the TT session tomorrow to get more of your questions answered...

I did try waxing with a RB and 4" pads, it works well and still gives a nice even application

I find that I use less product when I'm waxing with the DA compare to waxing by hand.
Also, it is easier to put on a thin even layer with DA.

Learn from the beginning doing surface prep, from claying and polishing. Will give you better results than just waxing....
