But in terms of wheelbase, curb weight, engine capacity, price, they are almost similar.
How does Inspira perform when compare to Perdana mainly in NVH, COMFORT & POWER?
Just want to get some rough idea before I have chance to test drive.
I am familiar with Perdana company cars.

can a bit coz now my ride is Inspira manual. Sometimes also drive my mother PV6. In term of seating , spacious and confident on driving is Inspira though it is still new. But NVH is much better on PV6 as well as engine smoothness though it is six potter. For FC for sure Inspira win a lot with about 12sen/km for long distance driving. Turning radius goes to Inspira also. The PV6 is best for pushing its engine to feel the drag but not in Inspira eventhough the MIVEC is opened. Maybe 2.0P Inspira can share what they feel to compare apple to apple 2.0cc to 2.0cc .
For me it is not worth to repalce PV6 to Inspira if u wish to upgrade or change something better. You may look for Teanna or Sonata to feel really an upgrade though Camry & Accord were not as smooth as PV6 engine power delivery. Just my opinion. My dream now to own Tenna next year or Sonata ..very tempting

my other car is pv6, now got the 1.8MT
haha sure pv6 nvh better?inspira goes thru bumps, uneven roads are way better n quieter .
in terms of power/pick up definately the MT wins. as for seating space almost the same(width)
bro , maybe u neva whack ur MT properly? ,my 8 yrs ago car was the putra and the pull of inspira is almost same as putra but ofcourse putra is better due to lighter weight than inspira.

PV6 Enhanced Model 06 is much better on NVH as compared to Inspira. On the power side also PV6 feels much more pull than Inspira . Unless your PV6 got gbox problem tats why late response. Anyway, last time I used to drive Nissan Bluebird 1.8 manual with CA18 engine, the performance is far much better than Inspira. Very stressful driving Inspira manual when come to stop & go at traffic light. Very hard to beat even Myvi. Now, am looking to remap my Inspira ECU or do anything that can increase its torks availability at low rpm up to mid range. Mileage is 11k km already but still sluggish . Anyway, top speed is quite good that you can reach 190 easily with no worry of uncontrollable. Braking is also excellent.

Test drove Inspira 1.8 Auto, Inspira is a good 2011 sedan. PV6 is good for 1990s sedan.
NVH, torque delivery, comfort, driving position - Inspira better. I think these are what matter for the price and the type of car in 2011. PV6 is the definition of a good Rm100k cars in the 1990s, good handling, compromised comfort and NVH, lower seating position, lowered car, lesser torque at lower RPM may be becoz of v6 factor.
My 5 sen.

my pv6 got no g/b prob, always service it every 15k km.
ur engine/ecu got prob is it?
lost to myvi ur kiddin? how can tht be? pls most of our Mt can pull away damn fast.
did u have a hard run in once u u hit 1k km? as for me i really high revv all the time.
now u go try pull pass 5k rpm for all the low gears and let the ECU learn ur driving method.
mine also 12k km + and lovin it each drive and no probs in traffic jams. its all smooth n nice

do you have any worries on the warranty if you remap the ecu ? its a brand new and extensive warranty car by proton as per now.

For COMFORT it seems Inspira is better.
For NVH and POWER, two opt for Inspira and one opt for Perdana.
Different opinions probably due to driving style and conditions of the cars they refer to. It should be normal.
Hopefully other owners also join and share their experience.

still prefer inspira, as it gave me more secure feel. as my perdana was made in year 2001, hence no airbags and ebd etc.
really comfort to drive inspira around i must say. but that maybe applicable to me only as my perdana was mod to have twin turbo with super hard clutch and super noisy exhaust
