Suzuki cars are going down the drain due to negative image thanks to Suzuki Malaysia.

And they're gonna launch their bloody overpriced RM150k Kizashi. And they expect people will buy when you cant even willing to stock up spares since it requires heavy investment.

Who wants my swift on the cheap? The exhaust o2 sensor is broken and it cost bloody RM800++!

Waaah bro nazirmz, you also lost faith in SM already ka! Read some of your post when you were still in love with your car. I actually still love my Swift, but 30% of the time am taking taxi to work la. Cannot tahan already!

Anyway, SM is dreaming if they price the Kizashi at $150K. Soon have to give heavy discounts like the SX sedan. Can`t afford it,even if I can, will face the same problem of parts getting stolen due to lack of spares. Saw it in Singapore, frankly the car is too small la. Not in the same league of Accord & Camry to justify 150K, although bigger engine at that price!

I thought of getting the grand vitara but looks like i have to else where..no spare part is really troublesome just like my previous chevy optra. Parts costs are even higher than Beemer yet need to wait weeks get the parts.

For me, Suzuki is a very good brand, they also produced a very good, reliable and fun car like swift and swift sport. I've faced a lot of problem, but because of their great car, I apologized them. Suzuki Malaysia should know that their biggest weakness is from their After Sales, because of short of spare parts, late order and etc.

They should concentrate more on this to keep their loyal customer still buying their brand.

My 2005 swift....some thing called the magnetic air-cond clutch or something like that (I don't really care what they call it) needs to be replaced....I went to my normal Suzuki Service Centre in Kelang (A to Z)....it has been a week and they are unable to get the spares from Suzuki Malaysia...the service centre guy had warn me to be careful...not to drive above 80km/h and not to drive long distance....or I could face the consequence of bigger damage (not sure what)....

Hey I and my wife had to go to work everyday in our own cars...and we only have 2 cars....
Hello Suzuki Malaysia....are you waiting for my swift to suffer the 'consequence'....

I don't understand how they do not have the spares when the swift is now CKD, spend money on CKD but not on spares.

wonder if they really care.....i remember in 2005 SMA used to scan forums to see what their customer think of them. What happen between then and now....I don't know....

Maybe after the scanning, they found out too many things to rectify and decided to turn a blind eye... smile_blackeye.gif

hi all,

im new to this forum and i am a woman driver. dispite this undeniable fact that i do not know even how to check the engine oil level, to check the battery condition, i am very very very "da" disappointed with the suzuki service. my beloved alto has being there, abondaned without even being touched by the tecnician. the problem was my car will suddenly stop (the engine will suddenly off) when i was stuck in the pack jam. when my husband called the suzuki aiman motor jln 222, the similar response will come out which is "we are waiting for the technician from the suzuki malaysia"

my concern here is, who is "suzuki malaysia"? what are the differences between the "aiman motor suzuki" and "suzuki malaysia", now we are waiting, and still waiting, as at today, as per my day counting, there are already 3 weeks my car stucked there without even they able to find the problem!

this is my frustration and my 2 coins for those interested to join the "suzuki owner club" , please also take this as consideration ...
