Hi,
Need some comments and suggestions here. Recently found an advertisement of a brand new Proton Satria GTI for sale. Manufactured in year 2004 and selling for RM44k.
It has not been registered before and the dealer mentioned this car was stored in Proton yard since manufactured.
Do you think it's worth to buy?
Thanks.

There are two batches out there:
1) Originally meant for other RHD markets but remained unsold, hence returned to Malaysia.
2) Originally a LHD car, but left over stock got converted to RHD. Nothing wrong if professionally done.
Note that there is no warranty for either batch.
Its one of the better cars that got rolled out from Proton's plant. Lagi best if you can get hold of the MMC ECU
Cheers.
