Rondo With Loud Engine Noice

Am not sure about castrol engine oil viscosity but on the safe side you better stick to
viscosity of 5w30 and there is a possibilities of wrong engine oil usage which causes
the engine to be noisy but this is just my 2 cents better let the expert hook up the
GDS of the high pro scan to diagnose the problems..

Yup agree with Sugen when stationary you will only hear the blower and
if you are outside you will hear the a/c compressor running..

I use Magnetec 10w/40, during service many time in autorised service centre, no one techical guy stop me using this type of oil spec.

it is ok to use semi-synthetic engine oil.. But, i prefer fully Synthetic 5w-40 for better protection & fuel efficient.. If you can find 5W-30 is better..

anybody know KIA Korea email address, local HQ reject my warranty and give me unreasonale excuses. I want to make further complain to KIA Korea.
even my Rondo still between warranty period but local SC give unreasonble excuses and reject my warranty.

example, sevice at 30000km, but i go service at 301000, they use this kind of reason to reject my warranty.

Good on you mate..!! these car companies (the local ones) need to be taught a lessons from us customers. Have u tried send your comment to the Naza Kia Malaysia's Top management i.e the MD/CEO Syed hafiz (ex Perodua)? if not i think u shud do that.

take note of all the experience (good & bad) with Naza service including personnel name, dates & time. their stupid excuses like y service at 31000 instead of 30000 is unacceptable. like to hear more on your further updates.

very dissapointed with Naza CS, another unfair reason they reject my warranty, from 1000km to 40000km sevices, i just follow the lubricant oil used by their authorized service center ( they use magnetec oil during 1st 1000km service), cosecutively, i also using magnetec oil, now they reject me and give me reason why i am not using Naza specific oil ( Pxxxnas).

i really need KIA korea contact or their NAZA top management contact, i want to make further complain. Pls help.

My Rondo is about 13 months old...my car now having noisy sound from engine and the car engine is very hot (by feeling), temperature at meter is normal..Now i encountered new problem is my car pannel (rpm meter, fuel meter, speed meter, center meter display) are not function (where needle is pointing on the 0 level).
I also service my car at Juru SC, same opinion, no good in term of techical knowledge...Can provide Dr Steven P/H number ?
This is my 1st Korean car....initially i full of confident to Korean car but noe lost my confident already..

Any suggestion...

Wow alot of complain towards Juru SC.

I remember last time also alot of people complain about Puchong SC, now I think they had improved.

Wsloen, I suggest you to check on battery as well maybe going to end of life if havent change new yet.
