With all the feature added and price bump up to RM102k ( that's what the sale man told me). look like a pretty good deal.
But I think...I will still go for Hilux 3.0 (RM106k)
Reason:

1. Very responsive (pick-up)
2. Resale Value ( yes, im kiasu smile.gif )
3. The cabin is bigger then triton.
4. Better build quality.
5. Very Reliable.

Booking one tomorrow. cheers

But, the road tax for Hilux 3.0L is almost double compares to 2.5L. I think the built quality for Triton is better than the Hilux ?

The road tax for 3.0 is rm1.6k, I think it's well worth it with the extra torque on it.
The cabin is a bit dull compared to triton but you can tell the built quality is more solid.

In terms of design, Triton win.

I guess, which ever one you choose, you won't go wrong.
It's already proven on the road.

Cheers

What you said of Hilux are all true but the Triton is the most 'easy' and 'comfortable' and 'stable' to drive from the driver point of view.

I prefers to use my head than follow the crowd. After all, it is my money and not theirs.

Good question,

I just did a epic trip to Koh Samui. clock almost 3,000km with 5 family 5 cars.
-Nissan Navara (super fast on highway)
-Ford Ranger
-Mercedes 126
-Honda Accord
-Honda Stream (mine)

It was such a memorable trip compare to flying there and back holiday.
There so much to see, eat and buy that tourist normally don't get to go.

So, thot of going further this year (Chiang Rai Thailand) and there might be some off road hence i consider getting a pick-up for the journey.

like dat lo.....
