I'm going to change tyres soon. My 1st choice is Michelin XM1. I will upgrade from 185/60/14 to 185/65/14, was quoted below RM800 for all. Sacrifice a bit of handling for more comfort.
However, I wish to increase the handling too. How much is the Rr ARB set? I think now not many in the market, rite? Anyone change them before? Does it improve a lot at high speed corner?

It was cheap last time but i dunno the price now.
60 to 65 is not much different in handling unless u are really gunning for it.
With high profile rubber,i dont recommend frequent spirited driving as u will wear the edge of the tyre quickly.

Rear arb might help a little but the tyre are flexing too much on corner that u wont hav the same confidence level as b4.
This depends on the tyre's sidewall too.

Just changed to 185/65/14 today. 1st feeling, higher driving position, not bad because Wira is too low. Not yet try high speed and cornering. Bigger diameter gives different feel. From 578 mm to 596mm with 0.9cm higher, at least may give me more confidence in Kampong roads. smile_tongue.gif
