First you would have to get a new bumper before you can install the diffuser, and I have no idea how much it would cost you.
As for the old diffuser, I have already promised to sell it to someone. It is considered sold, unless he changes his mind.

My sport diffuser came as part of the complete body kit, I am not sure how to break up the cost.
However, the part number for the sport diffuser is 961334. The listed price in the 2009 Peugeot 308 UK accessories brochure is £374.99. It might be a little outdated, maybe you would have better luck finding it for cheaper using the part number as a reference.

I am assuming you are using the sport bumper with the stock rear valance.
In this case, you should really consider getting the chrome mesh grill for the rear valance. Cheaper alternative and it looks really nice.
