Ralliart shut down and Mitsubishi will survive

Lately Mitsubishi Ralliart will leave their operations permanently in 2010. Ralliart has known for its motorsports activities as we know specially in rally racing. As for your info, the Ralliart Inc a wholly owned Japanese subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corp has informed global distributors on Wednesday that it would cease business operations On March 31. A source from Mitsubishi said that the US will continue to offer Ralliart-badged models, like the turbocharged Lancer Ralliart including the 147bhp Colt Ralliart (UK).

The symptom of failure cases has been reported why they are wind down Ralliart division. A source from press has been reported that the Ralliart’s failure is a symptom of the Japanese tuner market, which has been in decline for several years. The company’s racing suspension parts and turbo charging kits proved to be too expensive when exported to markets such as the United States. Unfavorable exchange rates contributed to the parts’ competitive problems. Another sources also reported that their company become worse affect from economic crash of 2008.
