SA dunno anything, even dunno when the sorento coming/estimated pricing...
it will take sometime for nazakia (NK) staffs to leave their comfort zone and start loving and understand products they are selling!
NK did not give me any $ but i have regional managers personal contact and i will not hesitate to fire them if service rendered is lacking...
at least i can see there are signs of commitment that they want to improve - both in sales and service

yeh yeh darrel our spokesperson.... i also wanna complain where the hell is our mud flaps! white car needs them badly ler!
