Mr Kolejeon, is it your problem really solved, since your posting 4 months ago. I just faced the same problem recently, and I replaced hose, thermostat, fan switch, air cond filter, servicing air cond, and the problem still not solved. My mechanic said that everything is fine and they also puzzle about this problem.
Hope you can share your experience about it
Bro Kokoko,
My problem had solved. u can check my previous posting. dont change the other parts. the culprit is fan motor. eventhough it is working, the fan rotation speed has deteriorated. Just change the fan motor and i bet everything will back to normal. I sent the car to Proton Service and EON service. Proton service can't detect the problem but EON service solved the problem. But i suggest u change it outside because of cheaper price.

I thought the fan motor would have sound when it going to breakdown? This happen to me in wira last time, the sound last me almost a week then only the fan motor "kong".

Never remove thermostat to help cooling. Got overheating problem fix it the proper way. Taking the thermostat out, the engine may not run at optimum temperature and more wear will occur....
