Hi fury, I saw the sticker on Shell RON95 that said, Euro 2.
Citroen SG is with C&C, here is Brooklands Motors. Citroen regional is in MY, but the way things move here does not reflect the regional HQ presence.

hi samuel
i managed to try almost all the fuels in msia, for 1 tank each, and with the 3/4 tank rule means i have to pump about two times each fuel to get in about a 70-80% mix,
after nearly 2 months..and i think nearly 25 or so passport stamps..and causeway queues
Fuel grade : feedback vs equivalent in SG
shell v power 97 : burns fasts, same as the sg version (98) , but less power
shell 95 : terrible power, but decent fc surprisingly
shell overall : my engine doesnt like shell
caltex 97 and 95 : feels just like normal 95 grade, nothing special, both give lower power than the caltex 95 i pump over here
petronas primax3 : very good, but seems they stop selling this?
petronas 95 : surprisingly good, about same as caltex 95 here, good fc also
bhp 95/97 : very good too, 97 does give more power
esso 95 : "good brother with shell 95...terrible"
esso f1 synergy : as bad as esso 95, made worse by the price
overall : bhp/petronas are the winner for me, followed by the other 3 trailing behind,
magic question : 97 or 95, go for the 97
its very obvious that the inferior euro2m leaves a lot to be desired, in terms in engine cleanliness and power output compared to a cleaner euro4 fuel, msia 95 i feel loss of power compared to the local 95 here
97 will be a safer bet for euro4 engines in the long run, since the price difference is not far, i suspect 95 will cause heavy retarding in hot weather resulting in power loss
my 2 cents

Hi furry, impressive compilation of RON95 & 97 comparison. Well done!
I am just following the guideline stated in Citroen user manual - either RON95 or 98, so I think either one should be fine

half tank of MSIA shell fuelsave 95 today, mixed with other half tank of SG Caltex 95
seems to give more power and smoothness than my previously tried BHP95/caltex95 mix

I tried Petronas Primax 95 (I hope I got the name right). Immediate feedback after 3 full tanks - powerless and consumed faster.
Sticking with Shell Ron95 for time being.
