Happened within 1 hour when he was there to meet a customer.
Somemore, the car was armed with alarm.
When he asked the attendant whether he noticed his car, the attendant said he saw a Perdana came into the parking lot with 3 person & left with 1 shortly after.
The other 2 were in the light blue Waja.
Pity him that he had to get a lift home from the police.
But thankful that the police force is helpful.
Nowadays, u can't take things lightly....
Need to lock our cars more securely with lotsa locks!

Not just that. Lodging police report on lost due to car thefts must pay out either RM150 or RM300. Already lost car some more have to fork out cash to lodge report. Same goes to IC, victims of pickpockets/robbers have to pay RM10 or RM15 to report on lost IC.

It costs RM300 if a person is to lodge police report that his car stolen. Receipts will be printed.
For IC lost due to pickpockets, robbery or dropped, RM2 for the police report.
Other sorts of police report, mostly free. Car Accident report, if you are proven innocent, free but if guilty, summons of RM300.

my ranger was stolen in 2001, no need to pay anything just RM2 for a copy of a police report.
my bike was stolen in 2008, same procedure as the last time, just RM2 for a copy of a police report.
if you don't want a police report copy, it would be free... but you can't go claiming your lost to the insurance.
ic lost due to carelessness also free. the RM2 is a fee for the police report. but JPN will charge you RM100 for the first lost, unless you can convince them it isn't your fault, they can reduce the charges.
btw, so sorry for the lost. it took me 6 months for both claim. don't forget to ask the police to close your case within 2-3 months, only then the insurance will start their own investigation.
