Bros,
If its true, expect HC management to explain the caos.
Had a word with them few minutes ago and expect them to defuse and clarify this issue.
I told them that it is sensitive and knowing the product is crucial and should be at his personal finger tips.

Another thing just occurred to me, those Meguiar's Authorised Detailing centres or other centres that uses Meguiar's products, just be aware of them also. They *might* be using the same brush to wash/detail your car.

omg! when I first felt it I thought it was boar's hair also as the colour of the bristles are the same as the other boar's hair brush on autogeek's website. But after being informed that it is synthetic, I shrugged it off, thinking cheaper cost to make.
