Read my blog about my accident. No problem with parts. Price is also reasonable (actually I would like to say cheap).

thanks for the info... read your blog. sorry to learn about the accident. not your fault.
yours come without sunroof right? i was thinking if i were to buy ipsum, i would also like to avoid the one with sunroof because i heard very hard to maintain it i.e. harden rubber may give way to water leaking etc. Plus, in our hot and rainy weather, it won't be any use i guess.

Yes, mine did not come with sunroof. But having one is not bad, I think. I hardly see people complaining about leaking sunroof. How's your hunt for the MPV?

Still hunting. no rush actually but better start searching / queering now. tomorrow got a list of shops that I want to visit already ( i think about 6 of them). the problem is that my current car trade-in value offers are not that interesting enough. if no need to upgrade to mpv, i wont mind having this car for another 5 years
Do you know toyota isis plantana well? saw in the motortrader magazine, this one shop is offering around rm10x k for unregistered unit (forgot which year). But this one is colder than ipsum right? plus 1.8cc only. Just need to see the real car first.

not so much luck with ipsum today. but i did check out others
- toyota isis plantana - test drove it... feeling fine (like driving other toyota i guess even with only 1.8cc, going up hill pick-up is not a problem. the downside is no rear aircond blower. quite impressive with its sliding door and no B pillar on the left side though
- mazda5 - didnt get chance to test drive but impressed with its gadget. but feeling a little bit cramp at the 3rd row seat though.
- peugeot307SW - test drove it - i think the gear box got problem because the car is darn hard to move from stationary. quite impressed with its panoramic roof though.
- mazda premacy - even smaller than mazda5, so didn't check up any further
i think that's about it. My mind is still with ipsum so far. i wish we have more choices for midi-mpv in malaysia

i also wanted to check-out on ipsum but there is not much around. the parallel importer brought in so many estima and wish but not much on ipsum. maybe, there is no much demand. and umw toyota is doing nothing on this. so limited choice for toyota's cars.
i saw there is one ipsum at YB brothers, cheras but there is only 1 unit. but while i was there, no SA entertain me. So, i just walk away. i think the price is around RM150k.

I think the reason why not many ipsum on the road is because of the price... for the same money, you can get an 1-yr-older estima... very spacious and bigger in size, looks more high-end a lil bit ... can sit 7 people comfortly with large leg room all around while the boot is still able to take 2pcs of XL size luggage and 1 small baby stroller... but I believe ipsum drives better than estima since the size and weight is smaller and lighter while using the same 2.4L engine...
