Just to inform you guys & gals that over last Sun there were two break in both wiras one parked near TTDI Park another near Bukit Kiara besides Bangunan Bakti Siti Asmah time around 6.45-730pm.

Targetting joggers as most will leave bulky wallets or hp inside cars.

1st car 2 wallets were stolen. 2nd 1 hp but T&G card intact indicated that thief is very focus, only check out certain compartment for wallet, hp etc.

Based on a notice placed on the windscreen by unknown witnesses (suspected from the guards), the thieves ran away in a dark color car baring plate no. WFL 9938 (might be fake). Unfortunately the witness didnt mention about type of car and details of the thiefs. Anyway, heavy cigrats smell was noted inside the car indicating that fello a heavy smoker.

Police officer performed to us how they deactivate the alarm by simply pressing of door button immidiately after door opening. Car alarm remained silence indicating door still close!? Alarm only sound when he released again. So that will give him enough time to run.

Just to warn you guys/gals to be watchful, not just TTDI park but any parks around Klang Valley.

Thanks for the info.

Just the same is happening in Bukit Gasing for those going for morning walk on weekends. As many people goes there during the weekend, some end up parking very much further away from the main area, and this is where the break in occurs. Have sighted them (2 guys) on motor bike. They ride around until they find a secluded spot, one will go down to do his stuff, while the other still on the bike keeps guard. Either if spotted or finished with their job the other will jump onto the bike and scoot off...... smile_blackeye.gif

You would have thought with so frequent occurences at such places, where people park couple of hours and leave all their belonging in cars and making them targets of such criminals, there would be plainclothes policemen around. where are they when you need them????? unsure.gif

So far the police officers quite pro in their handling. Called me up to give statement less than half hour after report made.

From their facial expression seemed like this case just started not long. Said they ever made some arrests before but that was some time back.

Depends on the crime. This type maybe too petty for them to bother smile_blackeye.gif
We have cases of stolen goods from warehouse, where they manage to solve...... smile_thumbup.gif

I am not belittlingtheir good work, its just that I believe there should be more plainclothes personnel to tackle the small but serious crimes to the victims...things like thugs preying on pedestrians at lonely places eg the bridge near bank Negara, isolated place near pasar seni, and not to mention the parking places for joggers. And plainclothes would also be able to tackle those rempit snatchers.

Maybe they are already in numbers except we only read about the crimes that happened and focus less on the possible crimes that got stopped from happening.
