Benson,

Actually this ACV30/31 is slightly off the target for thieves, so one worry lessened. Of course, the risk is still there. Park in safer areas & indoors wehreever possible.

Actually you may want to think twice about tracking devices as you have to subscribe to them monthly.

Joy, yes, the ACV is slightly offf but still on demand I think, so with this ACV, if without the tracking devices, is quite worry to go to GIANT, TESCO, JUSCO for shopping nowaday especially in JB. for the subscribe is yearly I think

I believe every anti alarm system is will break thru in matter of time by those hi-tech theft..

As long as the car have the immobolizer, I would be happy with the original..

Alws use a visible steering wheel lock.. at least this unit will not be theft first choice.. Unless your car is one of the finest car in town.. smile_tongue.gif

Just visited the Accessories shop, has been told by the boss that few years back, one customer with wish parked opposite his shop, and the customer walked in, just less than 30 seconds, the driver and the boss saw other already stole and moved the car cabut, boss told me that even himself need few hours to take out and replace the alarm, so the higher possibility is the theft got the computer key to bypass the alarm or delete the stock immobiliser code, so that can immediate drive the car off

now I know why people said Camry just like SAMPAN, sorry to ACV owner that believe those words are came from conti car owner, if you are upgrading the car from toyota entry level, proton's car or other japanese car, then it'll feel perfect, eventhough my family got the ACV30 which belong to my brother, my I never have a long run for that till mine one, my personal experience with the ACV31 if compare with my berlingo..highspeed crusing..my berlingo is rather stable than camry and when go through the JALAN TAU(SOYA)...my berlingo still the best..., for me both car..camry wins on quietness, maybe my berly just 1.4CC niah at 150KM/H, quite noisy than camry...beside difference CC and quiteness, almost the same, that'y after I owned a conti car.. I damm disapointed with Altis..

You will get use to it. Cannot compare with Conti. Overtime, you will appreciate the isolated feel of the camry. You might also need to chack on your abs. If yours is not changed, it is really due. I changed my abs at 160k km. Only 1 was leaking & the other was slightly starting to leak. Anyway, I canhged all 4 together. Feels better without the bottomking out on higher speeds bumps.

yalor.. conti still conti, but be a conti owner, you gotta to stand by a sum for emergency check in the HOSPITAL(SC) smile_big.gif , else good driving experience not mean lack of problem sterb324.gif
