ERC (Electronic Regulator Controller) Common Rail Diesel Tuning box

UK Technology

ERC is a power enhancing tuning device suitable for all current models of Common Rail Diesel Engines.

ERC is a simplified piggyback that works on Common Rail diesel vehicles with the initial concentration on the Toyota Hilux and Toyota Fortuner. It is designed to increase diesel commonrail engine performance by adding more horse power and torque with no engine external/internal modification and it uses plug-n-drive technology (with original manufacturer's plugs and connections). It is easy to install and easy to use and does not require complex installation or rewiring of any components. Installation is done by connecting the factory standard connector plugs for the Toyota Hilux and Fortuner that is fitted in line with the standard engine wiring harness, so there is no cutting or splicing of wires.

Impressive torque gains (up to +35%, i.e. Toyota Fortuner) can be achieved, which greatly improves pick up and in some cases even reduces fuel consumption. Horsepower gains can be as high as 25%. ERC works within the original Engine Management System's (ECU) mapped parameters and the maximum achieveable power gains depend on the tolerance range within the OEM computer. ERC works within the OEM manufacturers limits, ensures that at no point the engine is being over-stresses and this also guarantees trouble free long term use because the fuel system is still working within the safe limits. The maximum fuel pressure is at no point exceeded. ERC comes pre-mapped for specific engine models.

ERC features:
- Increase more horse power and torque.
- Ease to install with plug-n-drive technology.
- Easy installation (only connect 2 plugs)
- Maintenance free
- Water resistant

Production Specification
- Increase 20%-30% horse power and torque

I got a buyer which will install the Dcommander D-1000 at my workshop this Friday (19-06-2009) on his Toyota Hilux 2.5D Auto. Anyone interested can come over and see the product yourself and can demo to you the performance gained after installing the Dcommander.

If you remove it or switch it off when sending to service centre should be no problem cause they would not notice it and it will just be like original condition before you install my Dcommander. Any new device you install for performance purposes other than OEM parts will void the warranty for a new car. Thanks.

It is difficult for me to write about how these things work here cause will be very long. A brief idea is it is similar with vector but the difference between vector and dcommander is that mine is adjustable while vector is non-adjustable. Your engine will last much longer because the factory settings increase will not harm the engine life but if you want custom settings that will depend on your engine current condition and driving habits. Maybe if you wanted to know more, bring your car to my workshop and will demonstrate and explain to you how the dcommander works.
