I know the best choice for my ZX would be an original absorbers.

But let's say that I do not have a choice and have to choose either Record and SACH, which would be the better option.

** have to wait for the original absorbers to arrive. Don't know how long i have to wait as the absorbers i'm using on my car is gone. Very unstable when traveling on the highway. Need to change them ASAP.

So, Record or SACH?

Record is cheap, about RM4xx a set (front and rear), whereas SACH oil is about RM8xx (front and rear).

hmmm,
just dont put record. it will leak in record time. sach is better but still the original is the best. other alternative is monroe, but i dont think monroe sensatrac is available now. used sensatrac before and they lasted 5 years. but now i am on original. just compare price and avoid record. the marginal difference between ori and monroe, sach is too small, considering original ones can last 7-8 years. but if not available, just go for others, but avoid record.

Tony? He only has the stock for the rear absorbers.

Front absorbers...on the way, provided the ship is not hijacked by Somali pirates, he said. smile_tongue.gif

Since you are looking for him this weekend, can you do me a favour? asked him about the rough arrival time/date of the front absorbers. I don't know how long i can wait. The ride is getting harder each day - clunk and clang. smile_disapprove.gif

my first choice would be the ori. but like i said, don't know how long i have to wait....and how long I can wait.
very dangerous on the highway, feels very unstable...floating. Need and must change it ASAP. Last week skidded a big when i drove over the slight hump on the highway and it was on a bend. scary.

If i can't wait any longer, i think i willl settle for SACH oil.
