This is strange, you should talk to the SC about this. Btw what touch up were u doing? Scratches and stone chips?
yup strange but true....i was supposed to touchup the front bumper as it scratched on it's chin..
now i am sad cos 3days ago i scratched my rear door...quite a deep scratch and dented summore
..
need to send to a reputable car spray shop in Cheras (very pricey) to do the job as my local 'painter' said Toyota cars especially Camry colours is not easy to match when respray..he said even UMW also cannot do a near perfect job..

bro khen,
how was it happened??? if i were u, i will be sad for the entire week.....
u must find an expert to do that, bcos metallic is not that easy to match.....

Really sorry to hear about that, I can imagine your pain. Perhaps some UMW SC are better than others? Btw what price were you quoted to respray the door?

yeah..till now still pondering and sad over the incident...i was making a turn into a carpark when an extra short slanting steel pole scratched and dented my left rear door & petrol cap fender oso kena dented..
all in i kena $1200 for the repair..(spray & knock) .Will collect car early next wekk...just pray the workmanship is good to compensate my sadness
