Just some photo of tyre that been dressed
Tyre 1Last weeks, 2 days before chinese new year i think, upon car wash.. as usually tyre was brush and wash with degreaser... free from grease & dirt...than i applied a layer of foam type tyre dressing and put the car outsite the house for entire week, expose to sunlight, rain..in between car was drove 2 times under sunny day (dressing still intact - wet look)...than yesterday before heading to a further destination, i did a complete car wash (since started buiding water mark)...and tyre was simply washed with balance shampoor only...dressing became matte look (tyre still look black just not much gloss)..Than travelled about 100km in heavy rain on way home...
Check out the dressing this morning, still look THE SAME like before i went out yesterday..mean matte look. Just now before drove the car back to the car porch, apply a layer of All Season Dressing (used like 5-10 small drops only)..here's the look of it (photo took under overcast weather since about to rain)...
Ps : Forgot to mentioned. Age of tyre is coming to 4.5 to 5 years old
Tyre 2Very alike Tyre 1 situation. Different is the car was in car porch entire week without driving. So just top up a layer of All Season Dressing earlier.
Age of the tyre is around 13-16 months only.
Here's the look.
Question to all sifu. Do you think dressing durabality have any 'direct or indirect linkage' with the tyre (rubber) quality...reason i asked is Tyre 1 is made in Japan tyre and tyre 2 is made in Malaysia tyre
