Inactive Post Deletion

I would like to suggest that the moderator delete any inactive topic posted after reaching a certain time period, perhaps 6-8 weeks as I think there are too many such posts. Thank you.

Wrong posting, Sales posting etc. can be deleted. But inactive can be posting that have a lot of useful data.
We have found that there are still forumers referring to these old postings for reference. Some are even brought back to action if there are further discussion.
It can also act as some reference so that a new post on the same subject does not come on again.

Some of the old post i had read, help me to conclude to decide 2nd hand car (which model, year, rough maintenance, n etc)
It also help me a lot of those tiny problem n solution for it
