ok, I boldy went a buy a full set of RC car (battery, chargers, car, RC and
all) for RM40 at Tesco

Just found out carefour selling another model with battery, charger, car
and RC for RM20...dem!!

Anyway, the RC was pretty boring and slow. Then I got the idea to tampal
the tyre with insulating tape.

Lo and behold, the fellow now can do 360, doughnuts and drift on those
slippery tyres..WEEE!!!

My last RC was a 2kg, 23kmph off road buggy with modified galvanized iron
front fender, which clobbered a few cats that didn't get away in time...

Running on fuel or batteries? Could be a drift RC car. One tyre can cost up to RM400, more expensive than Michelin.
Ram me if you can!

Is it true we can buy a normal Nikko RC car and change the IC and some caps on the board and it can keep up with stock more expansive RC car on straight?

Sounds too good to be true but it sure does sounds possible.
