BTW, my exhaust tail pipe is pointing downward from factory and hidden under the bumper. same goes to those BMW diesel units...

it is not about speed, but RPM keep it close to REDLINE....
if in 5th gear my italian ride max up at 195++kph with RPM 4,250.

That would be tough....keeping the RPM close to the red line for a diesel engine.
For me anyway.
