Hi opgw911 ,
The passat CC 2.0T runs on wet clutch which requires 6 litre of DSG oil. the service was done at the VW Jalan Ipoh. Stilll have the bill

mine just toasted yesterday ... driving along then suddenly cel come out and blinking ... next thing you know car was juddering and rev failed to climb above 2,000rpm ... EPC error light come out ..and car was literally at crawling speed ...
Now car is at SC as it had to be towed ...

I thought yr pgti already gone thru dsg s/w update and still kaput. Now this is worrying.

I assume they test drive & measure the clutch thickness, if out of spec then replace.
Actually my car since day 1 already got judder when reverse or D2, just not so obvious & intermittent, I just don't bother & let it run till the Symptoms detectable, really hope the new type of clutch packs can solve the juddering issue.

In your case, the juddering was very bad even at D2 right ? The juddering is more noticeable when I do reversing sometimes. Anyway, I will continue to monitor. 5 years warranty is very long time.
Clutch packs changed, issue solve!

The inevitable happened. If yours have occasion D2 juddering .. get it diagnosed.

14k only .. but after doing some reading .. it is probably not the gearbox but the MAF ...

Heard that dsg 7 speed is quite sensitive..but the dsg 6 speeds has no problem at all...
