Was walking around the recently open Tesco in Nilai. Then came across this locksmith. He's able to duplicate our key complete with the chip inside. Will cost about RM300, which I feel can be bargained.

NICE!!!!! i have been looking for duplicate my key for long time already. My key cannot be used to open the door anymore.

hi xadi,
have you manage to get your set of duplicate key done at tesco nilai?
unfortunately i dropped my key... called SC [BB] and was quoted RM1050 (but this is to replace the complete set of alarm which consist of 5 items with a pair of new keys)
also, can anyone advise instead of changing the whole alarm set, how much is it to just duplicate a set of new remote control key?

looking for place to create a new set of duplicate key.. with the imobilizer chip.. anyone can advise where to do besides service center... they quoted just for 1 RC key alone- ranges from RM500-700

Already did mine.. bought the complete keyset from mudah at RM300 (which includes 2 spare keys with RC) and send back to SC to reprogram the chip @ RM80.
