In real world, it's impossible for kancil doing 956 km/h, but you can try google around. That news was came out 5 years ago.

This kind of summon should be not released at first place to traffic wrong doer.
Wonder why police or JPJ not doing 2nd check before issued summon?
If go to court sure judge and public will laughing all the time...can enter 'raja lawak' programmes.
