Morning, I got my brand new Dmax 3.0 4x2 auto last two week, now milleage 1250km. Sometime when start from 0 km/h and reach 4x km/h, I can heard a single "tuck" sound mostly I think from gear box when shift to third gear. To all dmax auto owner, did u guys experience the same?? I did google seach and found someone comment as below:
"One thing to be careful of is getting into third gear when brand new (dmax auto), bit difficult. For the first couple of hundred kliks the box is very tight. Mine now has just under 8,000 klm's and is going in for it's 6 month or 10,000 klm service on Friday. The engine has certainly gotten more loose in the last 2,000 klm's. The gearbox started to be nice around 2,500 klm's and is really nice from somewhere between 5,000 to 6,000 klm's."
Is above statement true???

Today back to dealer and test drive same model brand new dmax and heard the same "tuck" sound also when the auto box change gear.... so should be the new auto box still tight, just need time to run in... and I found out that the sound is getting smaller (must be very quite just can hear).
